Our firm sponsors many programs and charities in our Mohave County local community. We are pleased to share with you some of the initiatives and programs that we sponsor. We believe in the mission of these local organizations and welcome you to contact them to volunteer and give your financial support.

Boys and Girls Club of Kingman Arizona

The Boys and Girls Club of Kingman is our firm's primary charity. The purpose of the Boys & Girls Club of Kingman is to create opportunities for youth in their very own place. Throughout its history, the Boys & Girls Club has focused on meeting the needs of children as they grow to young adults.  The Club helps them to help themselves, to realize their full potential for development and improvement, and to become responsible citizens with the skills necessary for living.

The Boys and Girls Club of Kingman Arizona offers free to low cost after school programs during the academic year and programs in the Summer.  Members participate in the Learning Center, Arts, Technology Center, Fitness and Recreation program.

Mohave Community College Foundation

The MCC Foundation is a non-profit organization which provides financial support for Mohave Community College and its students, faculty, staff and programs. The Foundation's Board of Directors are members of the community who believe in the mission of M.C.C. and guide the Foundation's activities and investments.

The Law Offices of Shawn B. Hamp sponsor scholarships provided by the Mohave Community College Foundation and sponsor the Criminal Justice Studies Scholarship and Paralegal Studies Scholarship at Mohave Community College.  The scholarships are based on economic need and academic achievement and are awarded in the Fall and Spring to those students enrolled in their respective programs.  Our firm is proud to support the legal community and improving access to justice by sponsoring these programs.

Venture Club of Kingman

Venture Club of Kingman is a volunteer organization for young, business-minded women with the goal to provide service and charity in our community, with a focus on improving the lives of women and children.

Venture's charity works include the Kingman Splash Pad, Boys and Girls Club of Kingman, local scholarships, and Harbor House.

Low Cost Spay/Neuter Clinic Foundation

The mission of the Low Cost Spay/Neuter Clinic of Kingman is to provide spay/neuter options and affordable Veterinary Care to the community.

There goal is to decrease euthanasia, decrease preventable diseases through vaccination, and to provide a better quality of life for small animals in Mohave County.  All members of the public are welcome for spay/neuter or vaccination services.

The Law Offices of Shawn B. Hamp is proud to be a first time sponsor for the Low Cost Spay/Neuter annual fundraiser, “The Mangy Mutt Race” on Feb. 25th, 2017.  The annual event raises money and awareness for the clinic by having a foot/bike race in Kingman.
