He accepted a job as a deputy county attorney where, for more than four years, he handled thousands of cases. He personally prosecuted all sorts of crimes from misdemeanor offenses, DUI & vehicular crimes, simple drug possession, major drug trafficking crimes, property crimes, assaults and batteries, and homicides. He even successfully litigated a case involving a multiple homicide in the Arizona Supreme Court - arguing and earning a unanimous decision. More importantly, as a former government lawyer, Mr. Weisberg learned firsthand those tactics that can actually help you achieve success in your case.
