A trust fund account can be set up using Jpay through Securus https://www.jpay.com/Facility-Details/Yavapai-County-Sheriffs-Office/Yavapai-County-Sheriffs-Office.aspx

Kiosk:

There are Kiosks available at the Camp Verde Detention Center. The Kiosks accept cash, credit, or debit cards (Mastercard or Visa only).

Phone:

Funds can be deposited into an inmate account 24/7 by calling 1-800-574-5729.

RELEASE OF PROPERTY

An inmate can release their property by filling out the “Release of Property” form that is provided on the in-dorm kiosk. The person listed on the form filled out by the inmate will need to be the one to come to the Camp Verde facility to collect the property.

If the inmate has been sentenced to the Department of Corrections, they can release the entirety of their belongings.

If they have not been sentenced yet, then they can release everything except their clothing.

MEDICAL AND PERSONAL NEEDS

All inmates are provided with clothing, footwear, hygiene items, and linens. They will be charged $2.00 a day for meals. An inmate can purchase candy, additional toiletries, writing materials, and stamps through the commissary.

If an inmate is in need of prescription medication a family member or friend may bring it in, however, if the prescription is something that the facility already has on hand the medical staff will use their supply first and place the inmate's prescription into their property. Any medication received while detained may be given to the inmate upon release if requested prior to release. However, medication will not be released if it is a narcotic or over-the-counter medication.

All new inmates are screened for Mental Health and Substance Abuse Disorders. If an inmate qualifies, they can be placed in the Reach Out Program. This program connects inmates to providers and helps collaborate with the court and providers to develop a plan. More information on this program can be found here: http://www.ycsoaz.gov/Portals/0/WEB%20VERSION%20Reach%20Out%204%20Fold%20Brochure_1.pdf
