WHY THE LAW OFFICES OF SHAWN B. HAMP?

Shawn Hamp was a former prosecutor in the Mohave County Attorney's office for many years having worked in many cases including DUI, juvenile delinquency, homicide, and felony trial group cases.  He also served as special task drug task force attorney for M.A.G.N.E.T. (Mohave Area General Narcotics Enforcement Team) and the Arizona Auto Theft Task Force.  He also was appointed a special prosecutor for the City of Kingman and La Paz County in addition to his deputy county attorney roles.

Mr. Hamp brings that prosecutorial experience to intelligently evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of each case that he defends for his clients. That knowledge and experience allows him to pinpoint the flaws in the prosecution's case and use those to your advantage both in negotiating plea agreements and trying your case in front of a jury.
