Knowing Mohave County Courts

Posted by Shawn B. Hamp | Nov 05, 2013 | 0 Comments

The procedures vary considerable amongst Mohave County courts.

Every county and every courthouse has its own way of doing things. The criminal court process in Mohave County Courts, for example, differs significantly from the process in Yavapai or Coconino Counties.  But even within Mohave County Courts, the procedures at the Superior Court courthouse vary considerably from the justice and municipal courts in Kingman, Lake Havasu, or Bullhead City.  Each judge, each clerk of the court, each prosecutorial agency have different procedures in processing criminal cases.

I have been practicing law in Mohave County courts for over 14 years along with my fellow counsel, Ray Ludberg we have combined over twenty years experience practicing criminal law all exclusively in Mohave County.  By focusing the bulk of our practice in Mohave County, we develop trusting relationships with judges, prosecutors, probation officers and court staff. Moreover, we know how things work in particular courtrooms, and with particular prosecuting agencies. We've learned whom to talk to, who has discretion, and the most effective ways to get the job done.  If you need an experienced criminal defense attorney to navigate the criminal justice system in Mohave County, do not hesitate to call us.

The Law Office of Shawn B. Hamp is focused to defending DUI, Drug & criminal charges in Arizona, within Northwestern Arizona and Mohave County including the cities of Kingman, Bullhead City, and Lake Havasu City Arizona.
