Bagdad Justice Court
The Bagdad Justice Court is the local court that handles many of the smaller civil affairs in the area, as well as most of the criminal cases. Located at 100 Main Street near the high school baseball fields, the Bagdad Justice Court has the ability to hear the following types of cases:

There is a large parking area surrounding the Bagdad Justice Court that has proven to be more than adequate for the court's daily needs.
