Page Justice Court is a court of limited jurisdiction. It only has the power to hear the following types of cases.
- Traffic offenses
- Local criminal cases, including for driving under the influence (DUI)
- Small claims and other civil lawsuits for under $10,000
- Domestic violence and restraining order cases
- Disputes between landlords and their tenants

If you need to make an appearance at the Page Justice Court, parking is available in the lots on either side of the courthouse off Vista Avenue.
