Salome Justice Court
The Salome Justice Court is the local courthouse for people who have been arrested in the town of Salome, or who want to enforce their legal rights against someone else. The courthouse is located at 38226 Salome Road, between the sheriff's office and the local fire station in a short tan building with six arches facing the street. Like other local courts, the Salome Justice Court handles a limited set of cases, including:
- Civil and small claims lawsuits for under $10,000;
- Landlord-tenant disputes;
- Domestic violence and restraining orders;
- Traffic offenses; and
- Criminal cases in Salome, including driving under the influence (DUI).
